Based in Anhui, China, BOSEN also operates branches and manufacturing facilities in Hangzhou and Anji, serving distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and other B2B buyers in overseas markets.
Manufacturing & Production
Our main manufacturing base is located in Langxi County, Anhui, covering approximately 22,000 m² with an annual production capacity of up to 30,000 tons.
The facility is equipped with WPC extrusion production lines and automated manufacturing equipment. Our manufacturing facilities in Anhui, Hangzhou, and Anji are coordinated across BOSEN's WPC product range.
Material Preparation
Raw materials are selected and prepared according to defined product requirements before production.
Compounding & Extrusion
Prepared materials are compounded and processed through extrusion equipment and product-specific molds to form the required WPC profile.
Cooling & Forming
Extruded profiles are cooled and formed to maintain the required dimensions and profile structure.
Surface Treatment
Profiles undergo surface processing such as sanding, embossing, or brushing according to the specified finish.
Cutting & Packaging
Finished profiles are cut to the required length, cleaned, and prepared for packaging.
Product Development
Our product development work covers WPC profile configuration, mold-based forming, surface treatment, color, and dimensional requirements.
These development elements are coordinated with the manufacturing process to develop or adjust products according to defined specifications and market requirements.
