Product Construction
Hollow Profile: The AM90 is manufactured as a continuous hollow WPC decking profile, with the external section and internal cavities formed during extrusion.
Material Formulation: The AM90 uses a defined formulation of 60% wood, 30% PE and 10% adhesive. Wood forms the wood-based component, while PE provides the polymer component and adhesive supports material bonding during production.
Finished Surface: The AM90 is supplied with a finished decking surface formed during production.
Product Performance
Outdoor Exposure: The AM90 is intended for outdoor decking applications where the board is exposed to moisture and changing weather conditions. Final product suitability should be confirmed against the requirements of the intended project.

Extrusion Manufacturing
In-House WPC Production: Bosen manufactures WPC products in its own production facilities, with a stated 22,000 m² production base and annual production capacity of 30,000 tons.
Profile Extrusion: For AM90 production, the prepared WPC material is processed through an extrusion machine and forming die to produce the specified hollow profile, followed by surface treatment, cutting and packing.
Profile-Based Production: The extrusion process forms the external section and internal cavity as one continuous profile, supporting consistent production of the approved AM90 geometry.
Production Quality Control
Dimensional Inspection
Finished AM90 profiles are checked against the approved product dimensions, including applicable width, thickness and profile requirements. Dimensional tolerances are controlled according to the confirmed product specification.
Finished Surface Inspection
Surface condition, profile integrity and visible appearance are inspected before packing to identify deviations from the approved product requirements.
Specification Control
